With more than seven years of hands-on experience helping manage and operate Little Lights on the Lane, McKenna brings a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to run a successful venue. Her work across five unique venues in varied markets has equipped her with a broad perspective on operational efficiency, guest experience, and team leadership.
